Beauchamp, Martin

Peacefully on Tuesday February 27th, 2018 at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, with his family by his side. Marty was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years Margery (2014).

Beloved father of his wonderful children Marcel Beauchamp, Wendy and Greg Box, and Ruth and Brad Basso.

Loving Grandfather & Bubba to Chantelle and Nicole Beauchamp and Braden and Maddi Basso. Survived his sisters Betty McDonald (Joe), and Merle Milsom (Bud).

Martin was a well known and respected mechanic for 37 years at Canadian Tire along with his bench partner Jimmy Powell. Marty also shared a special friendship with his neighbour Chris Schooley for 30 years. His days were brightened by his best buddy Truman.

Marty faced his diagnosis bravely because

he knew he had a date with an angel.

Cremation has taken place. At Martin's request there will be no visitation or services. Remembrances and condolences may be expressed to the family online in "Martin's Guestbook" at mccormackfuneralhomesarnia.com. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to McCormack Funeral Home – Stewart Chapel, Sarnia.

Dear Ruth, Wendy, Marcel and family. My deepest condolences for your loss. It was a privilege caring for Marty and getting to know you all, even if it was only for a short while. What a wonderful picture of Marty - I can tell that he would have been able to put a similar smile on anyone's face. Warmest condolences.
