Peacefully Ken passed away on Wednesday July 11, 2018, at Vision Nursing Home in Sarnia, in his 100th year. We have lost one from the “greatest generation”. Ken was a member of the First Hussars stationed in Holland during WWII. Ken was a very special man and dearly loved by his family. Ken was the beloved husband of late Lillian (2014) for 75 years. Loving father of Kathy Pettit and her husband Ross and daughter-in-law Lynn Randall. Cherished grandpa of Colleen Lapier and her husband Mike, Michael Pettit and his wife Leneath, Heather Fleckie and her husband Jim, Jenny Randall and Krista Randall, and great-grandpa of Tyler (Heather), Joel, Keegan, Ally, Awstin, Briallen, Josh, Katie (Jamie), Megan, Lili, Bella, Phoebe, Carter, Lauren, and great-great-grandpa of Marley, Blaine, Luke and Elizabeth.
