Connors, Gregg John Edward

Gregg passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday September 5, 2020, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, at the age of 68. Gregg will be remembered by Vicki McDermid. Loving father to Dawn Picard (Bill), Marcus (Lily), and Drew (Jenn). Cherished Papa to Will, Emily, Eric, Abby, and Ollie. Dear brother of Mary-Jane Lambert (Mitch), Rick (Helma), and Geoff (Cathy Blokker), and uncle to Ryan (Kim), Meghan, Adam (Jen), Ben, Natalie, Courtney (Kaine) and Paige. He will be remembered by his uncles Roy Connors and Wayne Britton, along with many friends from all over the province. Predeceased by his parents Bev and Alda Connors.  Gregg was a proud member of Local 527 Pipefitters Union for 35 years. We would like to thank Dr Yoshida and the nurses in the Oncology Clinic for their excellent care during his cancer treatment. Also, the nurses in Med A, ICU, and Palliative Care for their patience, care and compassion over the last week of Gregg’s life. Also, thank you to all the wonderful friends in Courtright for helping and keeping an eye on Gregg over the last 6 months. A celebration of Gregg’s Life with take place at a later date. So sorry to hear about Gregg (Hawk), I only met Hawk a handful of years ago when I would go to ont to work and stayed in courtright at my sisters, would always hook up with him for a pint and a smoke usually over at Danos, we shared a lot of laughs, won’t be the same there without him when I go down, will miss you buddy,
