I met Arnold when I married my husband, Bob Antone in the early 2000's. He was the ED at Kiikee and Arnold worked for him. Bob and I had great times with Arnold, especially on the golf course. We were fellow Taureans and we shared traits that used to baffle Bob lol. He loved baseball and I was privileged to play ball with him too. My condolences to the family of Arnold, especially his daughters.

Hello family I met Arnold about twenty years ago at Kiikee where I was doing the Men's program, I myself was just beginning my journey. Arnold was such a big support for me and I worked with Arnold for about three years at the lodge until I moved back to my reserve, Wasauksing First Nation, we developed a very close friendship at Kiikee and kept it going for years, we talked at least once a month. Our connection was our path to healing but also sports with which we both loved, mainly fastball. Arnold will always be in my heart and my heart goes out to all of you, he left a great legacy with many. Miigwech my friend, until we meet again, Hilton

“Our hearts go out to you and your family. Although I don’t know exactly what to say, I want you to know that I am with you in thought and wish you comfort and peace as you remember Arnie.” Arnie and I worked together on the crisis team @ Kiikee. Every year the male staff would have a football pool. I always sat and listened to who was going to win. One day I decided to join their pool. I know nothing about football, and did a lot of research on the teams. I won that darn football pool weeks in a row. The guys were so mad cause I was winning. They accused me of having my husband pick the teams. That was funny cause my husband doesn't watch football either. Day after day I had to sit there and hear how good Tom Brady was. I will miss Arnie. He taught me so much, and those that came to the centre. May you rest in peace Arnie.
