Mavis passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette Site on Monday January 16, 2023, at the age of 69. Mavis was the partner of the late James Hurst (2011). She will be remembered by her step-daughter Stephanie Hurst and her husband Jeff Lamberton. She is survived by her brother Garth Wickens (Kim) of St. Thomas. Predeceased by her brother Brian Wickens. Mavis will be remembered for her love of cats, crosswords and puzzles. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Tilbury Manor for the wonderful care of Mavis. Mavis really enjoyed the friendships she made there. Cremation has taken place.
