White, Roxanne Louise

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we mourn the passing of our beloved sister Roxanne Louise White, “Roxy”, who passed peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday January 8, 2024, at the age of 70. Roxanne was born in Sarnia on March 2nd,1953. She was predeceased by her beloved partner Bob Soloman (2021). She is survived by her siblings Larry White, Pat White (Faith), Garnet White, Valarie Berube (Steve), Carla White and Paula Banks (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and lifelong friends from Sarnia and B.C. She spent many years of her life calling B.C. home where she loved the mountains and the friendships that she made along the way. After moving back to Sarnia, she enjoyed taking care of various wildlife and feral cats. She made sure they had food, water and shelter every day. Roxanne saw the good in everything and everyone. Predeceased by her parents Jack (1997) & Mariette (2008) White, her niece Sherry White (2019) and her adored pets Harley, Ozzy, Rosie and Randy. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Roxanne’s Life will be held at the Moose Lodge (974 Phillips Street, Sarnia) on Saturday March 2nd from 1 – 4 pm. In honour of Roxanne’s love for cats the family would greatly appreciate donations be made to Cat Chance Rescue.
