Webb, Howard Ronald

Howard passed peacefully on Friday October 20th, 2023, at the age of 93 at Marshall Gowland Manor, surrounded by loved ones. He is predeceased by his parents’ Prudence Rowel and Wilbur Webb, his wife Barbara, son Bill, and daughter Bonnie. Howard was born in Grand Bend and spent most of his life in the Sarnia area. Howard worked as a Class A diesel mechanic and drove truck. He retired 30 years ago from Clean Harbors Canada. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Lynn Hicks (Pete) and family. Also, by his very caring friend and companion for the last 16 years Connie Barnard. Howard is also survived by his sons Rick Webb (Cathy) and Ken Webb (Sue) and their families. Howard had 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. As time passes, we will smile along with his many friends over the years as we remember many fun stories. His camping friends from Reece’s Corners will recall many family gatherings and stories shared along Howard's journey of life. An Interment will be held on Saturday November 18th at Resurrection Cemetery, 1885 London Line, Sarnia, for family and close friends at 10 AM. This will be followed by a celebration of his escapades and life at the Moose Lodge Sarnia, 874 Phillips Street, from Noon to 4:00 PM. My deepest condolences to Howard's family. Howard & my dad had many adventures back in the day. My favorite memory is when Howard & my dad would return home late and Bruno the dog would not allow Howard in the house. He would be forced to stand outside & call Barbara's name until she heard him & let him in.
