Floris Elizabeth McMillan

We are announcing with heavy hearts, Floris passed away of natural causes with family by her side on Thursday April 9th, 2026, at the age of 97. Floris was predeceased by her husband George Francis (Frank) McMillan. Her son Keith McMillan and his wife Cathy, her Daughters Glenda McMillan and Gloria Austin and son Kevin McMillan. Floris also leaves behind her grandson Jeffery McMillan and his wife Linda, and their children Mae and Ivy. Her Granddaughter Caitlyn and her partner Lisa. Floris was also close with her 4 nieces and 5 nephews, who were very fond of her. Floris was very proud of being an RNA until she took time to have her family. She had a very active life, in service with the Royal Canadian Legion, Ladies Auxiliary and more specifically the Poppy Fund. She gifted her body to science so others may learn and benefit. Family and friends will be received at McCormack Aquamation Burial & Cremation Services, 254 George Street (at College Avenue) for visitation on Friday May 15 from 12 noon, a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 pm.
