Marjorie was a woman who emulated grace and elegance with a spark of curiosity, and a constant happy twinkle in her eyes. She spoke of fond memories of her past but was always up for a discussion on current topics. The few times I was blessed to spend with her I remember thinking how inspiring it was that she lived such a full and rich life and yet when she was talking to you, she made you feel special and seen. She was remarkable and she leaves this world with a beautiful and wonderful family as her legacy

I will remember grandma peep for her bright spirit and how she always contributed to positivity in whatever room she was in. Even as her alzheimers progressed, that sweetness and positivity, what she added to a space, didn't change. There's something core to her that was rare and deeply good. I feel blessed to have had her as an example of how to be in the world, and I hope to contribute to it in her stride. I'll always remember her fondly, especially in fields of daffodils. Love always D

I really looked forward to the times when we got together. Marjorie brought me great joy and delight, she was such a sweet and lovely person. I distinctly remember one time when she slapped her knee and said, "By golly, I had a very good time today." She will be dearly missed, Sincerely Ines Apap

I always knew her as grandma peep. When she explained the 'peep' to me I got a chuckle to see her hand motions. She was very gracious and kind and her favourite saying that I remember was "Isn't that lovely." She was a person who truly appreciated beauty and found the good in everything. If only I could emulate here purity of heart, at least I can try to aspire to it. She was a classy lady with a wonderful sense of humour. First to laugh and brighten any room. She was my drop of sunshine.

We were very saddened to hear that Aunty Peep has passed away, but are heartened that she did not suffer too long. Your mom always had a special place in our hearts and lives from a very young age. She was a force of nature that brightened every room she entered. Her thoughtfulness and kindness and love of life was next to none. We know you will miss her greatly as will we all. That must be some cocktail party they are all having now that she has arrived. May we all enjoy the memories of her and a life well lived.

Jen, Scott and Rebecca, my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your mom. I remember many visits to your house during our high school years, and how wonderful and welcoming she always was. I still have a stone owl and jewelry box that she brought back for me from one of their trips abroad! Wishing you peace and comfort in the lifetime of memories that will keep her with you always. Big hugs to all of you.

I took care of Marjorie while I worked as her nurse at Vision Nursing Home. She was the most darling lady, always so pleasant and happy to chat with. Her family was so lovely as well. So sorry to hear of her passing, may she rest so peacefully.
