Maitland, Kenneth “Ken”
Suddenly, on Monday January 9, 2023, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, at the age of 72. Ken was the loving partner of Carol Bell for almost 40 years. He was the father of Brandon and Ebony, and stepfather of Kimmy (Gary), Robbie, Patrick (Melinda) and Danielle (Mike). He was Grandpa Kenny to Alyssa, Cassandra, Ashley, Teah and Mavi, and Great Grandpa Kenny to Aleia. Remembered by his brothers David and Gary (Nancy), and his sister Marjorie (Grant). Predeceased by his parents Carrie and George Maitland, his siblings Robert, Donald, and Marion Moore. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Piccadilly Bar and Grill, 905 Divine Street in Sarnia, on Saturday January 14 from 2-5 pm. So very sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. We both worked as operating engineers & lived not far from each other at Ipperwash beach years ago where our kids hung out together. We also deer hunted together in the Bruce. We last saw Kenny up in French River area, at our Lodge, where he stopped and spent a few days with us and catching up on some old times & going through photo albums.
