Lewis, Jacqueline Rhea

Peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023 (Mother’s Day) at Twin Lakes Terrace in Sarnia, at the age of 89. Jacqueline was the beloved wife of Gordon Lewis. Loving mother of Scott Lewis (Laura) of Bolingbrook, IL and Michele (Shelley) Jones (Peter) of Summerville, SC. Precious grandmother to James Robertson (Jessica), Bradley Robertson (Casey), Eric Robertson, and Andrew Robertson. Great grandmother of Colin and Gemma Robertson, Gavin Robertson, and Elizabeth and Thomas Robertson. Dear sister of William (Bud) McKay (Shirley) of Margate, FL. Aunt of Jim, Joe, Jay and Jason Chorostecki. Predeceased by her parents, Warren McKay (1988) and Ona Perry (1988), sister-in-law Sicily Chorostecki (1986) and brother-in-law John Chorostecki (2015). Jackie was a founding member of Grace United Church, Sarnia, loved to travel with her family, and owned Standardbred racehorses for 38 years. Cremation and a private graveside service have taken place. A celebration of her life will be held this summer at Grace United Church.
