Peacefully, on Saturday February 11, 2023, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, at the age of 86. Fred was the beloved husband of the late Brenda (1997). Loving father, grandfather and great grandfather to so many that will miss him dearly. Predeceased by his brother Ken and wife Marion, sister-in-law Margaret, and brother-in-law George Thornhill. Fred worked at the city of Sarnia for many years, and he loved camping at Pine Lake. Family and friends will be received at the McCormack Funeral Home, 254 George Street (at College Avenue) for visitation on Tuesday February 14 from 6 – 8 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at McCormack Funeral Home on Wednesday February 15 at 1 pm. Cremation will follow. Condolences

My sincerest condolences to Emmett and the family. Have not seen members of this family for over 60 years, but still remember you all from Seaford Town Sacred Heart Elementary School. My prayer is : RIP in the Divine Care of our Maker. To the family: Grieve you will and that is okay, but rejoice in the hope of a grand Reunion. God Bless you all.
