Peacefully on Tuesday March 26, 2024, at Trillium Villa Nursing in Sarnia, at the age of 63. Thomas was the beloved son of the late Barbara and Jerry Kozub. Dear brother of Mike, Bill, Allen, Steve, Kim, and Paul, all Hallett. Cremation has taken place.
