Butler - Gordon Rupert Jr.

At the age of 80, of Sarnia, Gord passed away on Tuesday June 28, 2022. Beloved husband and best friend of Helen (Armstrong). Loving Father of Darryl Butler (Sheila), Jeri MacPherson (John). Proud Grandfather of Jeff Daley (Mandy), Derek Butler (Lauren), Matt Butler (Chloe), Stacey Butler-Dalrymple (Andy). Great Grandchildren Trey & Taylor Mae Daley, Davis & Austin Butler, Vivienne & Eloise Butler. Dear Brother of James (Jimmy) Butler (Carol). Survived by many nieces and nephews.Gord is Predeceased by his parents Gordon Butler 1975, Pearl Swift 2012. Gord worked at Ron Phibbs for 30 plus years. He took great enjoyment teaching his kids & grandkids how to fish, camping in Manitoulin Island. Gord was a avid 10 pin bowler and scored a 300 point game in 2012. He will be missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering is scheduled. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Pallative Care Sarnia.
