Obituary Announcement
PATRICK JOHN STOREY,
Born July 15, 1948, he lost his 4 1/2-year fight with lung cancer on July 21, 2021, just after his 73rd birthday, at Bluewater Health in Sarnia. He is survived and remembered by his wife Mary Jane Fellows Storey, daughter Nicole Storey Hutton (Tim), daughter- in- law Stacey Cornelious, special Grampie to Robyn Storey, Brady Hutton, Hannah Storey and Cameron Hutton, and his furry sidekicks, Olive and Jada. Also, his twin brother Michael Storey (Linda), sister Susan Cain, brothers-in-law Michael Fellows (Deb) and John Fellows (Cheryl), his sister-in-law Peggy Daly (Ed), and many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by niece Madaline Martelle Reynolds who lived with our family for 6 years and her daughter Tilly. Patrick was pre-deceased by his son Jeffrey Patrick Storey in 2015, his sister Elizabeth Martelle in 2018, his parents Stan and Mary Lou Storey, his mother-in-law Mary Neely, and father-in-law Fred Fellows. Patrick loved going to the Sarnia Sting games, and watching his grandchildren play their sports, he was so proud of them. He loved reminiscing about his time in the United States Navy, where he proudly served for 4 years, as being instrumental in his growth as a man. He enjoyed and took pride in keeping The Gathering Place Christian Fellowship property totally pristine. Cremation has taken place and a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Remembrances and condolences may be expressed to the family online in “Pat’s Guestbook” at mccormackfuneralhomesarnia.com. I’m sorry to read about Pat. I came to know Pat and Mike when they moved to Courtright many years ago and then later during our years at St. Pat’s. Sorry for your loss. Terry
