Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Sarnia, with his family by his side, on Saturday July 23, 2022, at the age of 86. Bill was the beloved husband of Erna for 36 years. Loving father of Liz Gentner (Steve), Mark Alderson (Karen), Julie Alderson, and Diana Heard (Rob), Kathy Thedorf, and Elsie Brandon. Cherished grandpa to 11 grandchildren and many great-grand children. Bill was predeceased by all his brothers and sisters. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
