Sicard, Eldege “Eddie”
We regret to announce the death of Eldege R Sicard at the age of 78 years old, on Sunday February 13, 2022, at home surrounded by his loved ones. Eddy adored his family and was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers and was well known around the world for his professionalism and dedication to his work and to the care of his co-workers/employees. He loved life and showed it by making others laugh. He is survived by his beloved wife Belinda, sons Stevie (Tanya), Kevin and Shawn (Missy). Predeceased by his daughter Stephanie. He leaves behind his grandchildren Brodie, Abigail, Addison and Ivanie. Brothers Rene, Patrick, Arthur, Rheal, Richard, Paul-Andre, sisters Shirley, Juliette, Rita, Rhea, Georgette, Yvonne, Cecile, Denise and Laura. Predeceased by his father Rheal, mother Elda, brothers Robert and Rejean. Family and friends will be received at the McCormack Funeral Home, 254 George Street (at College Avenue) on Saturday March 5 for Memorial Visitation form 12 – 4 pm. Prayers to be recited at 3 pm.
