Next Steps After You Submit Your Online Arrangement

1. We’ll contact you by phone.   A licensed funeral director from McCormack Aquamation Burial & Cremation Services will reach out to you personally. We’ll review your information, answer any questions, and make sure the plan you’ve chosen fits your needs and wishes.

2. We’ll go over your options together.   Whether you’re planning ahead or arranging for someone who has passed, we’ll walk through service details, required documentation, and any choices you may want to consider. This is your time to ask anything — we’re here to help.

3. We’ll prepare and send your prepayment documents.   You’ll receive:

• A McCormack Aquamation Burial & Cremation Services prepayment or insurance contract

• The plan application for the approved insurance product

• A request for your preferred payment method (credit card or direct withdrawal.)

All documents can be completed securely online or by phone — whichever is easiest for you.

4. Once everything is completed, your plan is fully secured.   We’ll confirm your coverage, provide your receipts and documentation, and keep everything on file for future reference. You’ll always have direct access to us if anything changes.
