Condolences
To All of Mrs. Waterfields Family, My parents Donald and Jean Douglas of Forest were good friends of Marvels and Keiths. I have been told that they stood up in my parents wedding. I have a few vague memories of playing with Penny at our home farm on Douglas Line. I send sincere condolences on your family's loss. Joy (Douglas) Vokes

When I think of 'Marv' and the profound impact she had on the generations within her family (biological or otherwise) the only fitting word that comes to mind is 'matriarch'. She enriched the lives of all those around her with her love (albeit sometimes tough), wisdom, acceptance and amazing sense of humour. She related to old and young alike and yet stayed strong in her beliefs just adapting them to the generations. To all that love and cherish her and those that she loved and cherished, I'm sorry for your loss. Stay strong, stay together and cherish her wisdom and the many great moments you shared together with her. Love from Shermaine & Brian Primeau
Dan & I would like to extend our condolences to Alanna and her entire family. Nanny was a wonderful person who showed kindness to all the people in Alanna's circle of friends. One being our daughter Katey. Marvel became everyone's Nanny. She will be missed by many.
