I met Steve on line in TalkCity40+. He eventually moved to Canada and married Sue Bell. I had the privilege of meeting him several times in person at various sociable events in KY, MI, NY. My heart goes out to his family on the UK and here. The love and care Sue gave and showed him always❤️was true and pure. You will be missed, but you no longer are in pain. Your mind is free and clear and and your spirit is on to the next level of transition. We will meet on the other side. nanRN.... the naughty nurse from TC.

Steve was truly a delight to visit with as a caregiver from a community partner, a good sport playing games, taking walks, telling stories. A unforgettable man and gave me a new friend in his lovely wife Sue💘

I met Steve prior to his moving to Canada and loved him right away. How could one not? He was funny, witty and he loved life. I will have him in my prayers but I have no doubt that he is now inside the Pearly Gates. I also pray for his loving wife Sue, as I know she will miss her Cliff Claven for ever. Peace to all.

I know his presence will be missed, I know he is happier now. His kindness, his smile, his humor and accent always warmed me. My thoughts and prayers are with his family grieving the loss- keep talking to him and sharing the memories with who you hold dear and he will live forever in your heart! Love, Kim

Wow, still processing this loss of Steve or YoungSteve as he was known to many from the 40Plus Talk City chat room where I originally met Steve and Sue. I was so fortunate to live nearby and able to visit with Steve and Sue in London and Sarnia, and to share weekends away in Michigan, New York, Kentucky and elsewhere, local movie nights, Canada Day celebrations and dinners with Steve and Sue. Steve was such a wonderful and giving person. Always interested in a good conversation and being welcoming during many visits and making sure everyone had safe rides home. Very caring. So sad he is gone but relieved to know that he’s no longer in the enormous pain he and Sue had to live with these recent years. Love and heartfelt condolences to Sue and all of Steve’s family here in Canada and in England. I will dearly miss him and am heartbroken for Sue. Love, Kimberly (seriouslynow from TalkCity)
