Coach Kevin was always a great guy to catch up with when we visited Lambton College or when they came to Niagara College. He represented Lambton College and his players with professionalism and dignity. He will be missed by the Ontario college soccer community. He coached my daughter Adrienne around 20 years ago We admired not only his ability to teach the players skills and team play, but also sportsmanship and team spirit. We shared a love of Liverpool Football club and remember the excitement of the 2005 Champions League win as well as England games. We also shared a love of music. Kevin’s legacy will live on. Kevin was my coach for many years at SGSC and had a profound impact on my life. He was funny, kind, fair, and deeply passionate about advancing girls’ and women’s soccer, both in our local community and across the country. At a time when many coaches focused primarily on the men’s game, Kevin was a dedicated advocate for women’s soccer and a remarkable mentor to countless young women in the community.
