April 23, 1957 to May 3, 2021
It is with great sadness that the Schopf family announces the death of Earl Schopf who was taken from us unexpectedly on Monday May 3rd 2021, in his 64th year. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife and best friend of 41 years, Kim. Cherished father of Thomas Schopf, Jillian Lundy (Sterling), and Matt Schopf (Robyn). Proud Grandfather of Elizabeth Lundy. Survived by his loving parents Ernie and Aileen Schopf, his siblings Ernie (Irene), Peggy Gill (Clark), Larry, and Annette Nichols (Mark), his sister-in-law Patti Pettigrew (Jim), and his nieces Kelly Haton (Jay), Gwen Schopf (Chris Mink), Katrina Maluskie (Kyle), and his nephews Christopher Schopf, and Jacob Schopf, and their families. After 25 years as a maintenance Millwright Earl retired early from Honeywell to spend more time travelling and enjoying the things that he loved most. Cremation has taken place, a Celebration of Earl’s Life to take place at a later date.
