MILLER, Donald Wesley

Don passed away peacefully, with his family at his bedside, on Tuesday December 31, 2019 at Bluewater Health in Sarnia, at the age of 89. Donald was the beloved husband of the late Anne (2019) for 62 years. Loving father of Jane and her husband Eric, and Dave and his wife Trudy. Cherished Gramps of Shannon (Adam), and Grandpa of Heather and Laura (Marco), and great Grandpa of Charlotte, Caitlyn, and June. Donald will be missed by his sister-in-law Pat Alexander, and several nephews and a niece. Donald worked his entire career in Sarnia as a Professional Engineer in the Protection and Control Department at Ontario Hydro. Donald’s hobbies included radio-controlled aircraft, radio-controlled boats and Ham Radio. A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Afton Park Place and Fiddick’s Nursing Home, and the staff of the Surgical Floor at Bluewater Health for their compassionate care and support for Donald and his family. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Donald’s Life will be held at a later date.
